Spring Rush is here!! Today is Friday, 5/17/2013, and we will be sending out reports for soil samples received on 5/14/2013. Turnaround time is usually 3-5 business days. We hope to return soil testing results within two weeks during our spring rush period. Test results for other media such as compost or plant tissue samples generally take two weeks to process, but may take longer during this period.
If your soil test results are long overdue, please call or email us! Occasionally, emailed soil test results get mistaken for Spam, and are deleted unseen by the customer. If you think this may have happened with your samples, let us know and we can re-send your results. Otherwise, we appreciate your patience and strive to get your results to you a quickly as possible.
