To submit a sample to the lab, download the appropriate form and follow the sample collection guidelines provided. Complete the submission form and either mail or hand deliver to the lab. Payment must accompany sample(s) submitted with checks or money order made payable to University of Massachusetts.
IMPORTANT: During our spring rush season (approximately mid-March through mid-May), the lab receives a large number of soil samples daily. We are unable to process plant material during this period, and therefore cannot promise results within a reasonable period of time. We apologize for this inconvenience.
